Dear friends, we are forced to apologize to those who were promised cell phones, warm clothes and much more. The humanitarian aid parcel has been detained by Ukrainian customs and, unfortunately, will be sent back. We apologize to those who have been let down by the imperfections of Ukrainian legislation on humanitarian aid. Unfortunately, there may be more such cases in the near future. Our organization will appeal to the President to change the legislation on humanitarian aid. We apologize to you and hope for your understanding. We will also ask for forgiveness from the benefactors and hope that what happened will not discourage them from helping Ukraine.
